About Gerben

Gerben was born in Groningen, the Netherlands. He graduated in musical theatre at Fontys Academy of Music and Performing Arts in 2004 where he received vocal training by Edward Hoepelman.

Next to working in musicals, Gerben performed as lead solist for Aida cruises and with them he has travelled all over the globe. He developed his own solo shows; Leben gegen den Wind and Das Leben ist wie eine Seifenblase. He released his own song 'Een goed gesprek'.

THEATRE
Together with Hilke Bierman he created and performed in the comedy show KAK we doen het gewoon!.
